High-quality 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel projection butt hinge. Clean lined, triple knuckle butt hinge with a 3mm gap. Self-lubricating phosphor bronze washers meaning there are no ball bearings or oil lubricant required, so no oil will leak and stain your door. CNC precision engineered components ensure the perfect level of friction for opening and closing your door and ensure your hinge does not collapse and make your door drop. Ideal for use where corrosion levels are high such as coastal environments and with acidic timber. Durability Tested to 100,000 cycles. Load Tested to support up to 160kg weight using 3 hinges. MSB & PBK Finishes do not come with screws, you will need to use code FX-CF5040-SS-MSB. Marine Grade Stainless Steel is the ultimate weatherproofing stainless steel. Marine Grade Stainless Steel is similar to Grade 304, except it contains 2% to 3% of Molybdenum.
