Our Returns Policy
We will wherever possible assist you by taking back any goods providing they are received back in good re-saleable condition and meet the following returns criteria: Goods must have been supplied by us during the last 28 days (supplied directly by ourselves and not a stockist or other source. If this is the case then we must refer you to your original source of supply.)
Goods must be returned at your Cost, within 14 days of receiving the authorisation and clearly marked with the Authorisation Number supplied by a Manager (Returns can only be accepted at our head office in Nottingham, not satellite offices. staff.). Goods received back without authorisation will be refused.
Please remember that we are unable to accept liability for packages damaged during transit.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on any items listed as a 'special made to order item'. This will be stated on these product(s) and you would also be notified prior to the order being processed via email or a provided telephone number.
Credit can only be issued for goods returned as authorised in good resalable condition.

Returns: UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
The Buyer may return any unwanted, faulty or damaged Goods to us within 28 days without any handling charge, providing the Goods, including packaging, are in a re-sellable condition subject to 6.4.
- In the event of the order being supplied incomplete or goods arriving damaged in transit the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- The Seller will refund by the same method of payment used to purchase the Goods.
- The Seller is unable to accept the return of any non-standard special product that has been supplied correctly in accordance with the Buyer’s instructions.
- If you with to return an order for whatever reason, the Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller at the Buyer’s cost unless the Seller agrees otherwise. Please DO NOT dispose of any goods (damaged or not) without confirmation from the Seller. When goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrectly supplied or because of an unsuitable substitution by the Seller, the Seller will meet the cost of return and the Seller can nominate the carrier.
- We reserve the right to 'NOT' issue a refund for returned goods if they are in anyway damaged, not in a resellable condition, lost in transit, not in their original packaging or returned outside of the set time frame.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Made to measure products
- Items shipped in from outside the UK
- Perishable goods
- Hand-Forged Items made to order
- Non standard stock items (special orders)
Returns: RECEIVED FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
On rare occasions you may receive faulty or defective stock. If this happens then follow the simple instructions and we will ensure that your problem is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Contact our sales department to register the problem and arrange replacements. Details of the problem will be passed on to our customer service department, who will then take over, and arrange for QA investigation. If necessary they will contact you to arrange to collect the goods from you for return to Nottingham. Should there be any problems with the replacements, we will advise you as soon as possible. Delivery of replacements will be made to the original delivery address unless otherwise advised.
When we arrange collection of the goods from you we will advise you of your Returns Authorisation Number which must be marked on the outside of the consignment prior to its collection. Please ensure the package is adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit. (Drivers will not collect any visibly inadequately wrapped packages). Please do not dispose of any goods until advised to do so by customer services, who will confirm this in writing. Once the goods are received back at Nottingham then they will be inspected and the appropriate action taken for corrective and preventative action, where applicable credit will then be raised.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy. Sometimes the manufacturer/brand name is not stated or immediately known by us, and in this case we will use the wholesaler of supply to us as the name/manufacturer. However if you need the specific name of the make, please just contact us and we will endeavour to obtain this information for you.
