Bought to replace our old door handles also from the insignia range, that were installed by the house builders. One broke and the missus wasn’t to keen on the design so switched all of them out. These are very nice handles, feel well made and sturdy and pretty easy to swap out. Really like the design of these and very ergonomic. Grant Pidler

I use this company a lot and they have never let me down delivery service is spot on I had one issue with the oval polished brass lock due to the fact they had none in stock at the time but the response to my email was prompt and when it came in I was contacted straight away and in all honesty I’ve been using them for years and and that was first bump in the road that says a lot and I’m still happy to continue with this company Trevor Hines

I have to say the the service from JWL is outstanding. I have used them often and in our latest order some of the products ordered were not the ones that I received. These heavy duty locks withstand a lot of atmospheric conditions. We are using in a swimming pool environment with a lot of chlorine acidity, humidity & moisture in the air. The marine grade coating helps prevent corrosion. GARY MOLLON
