High-quality IPA lift-off butt hinges with pressed flanges to fit into the Tritus Flush Casement Window grooves. 12mm frame groove positions for extremely quick installation. The lift-off feature means the sashes can be sent to the site after frame installation and can easily be lifted off for repainting or renovation. Hinges meet the requirements of BS DS EN 1935: 2002 Grade 9: 25,000 cycles / FH70 - 60kg Available in a wide range of finishes including satin stainless steel, satin black, satin brass, polished brass, polished stainless steel and silver passivated The FH70 in SSS, PSS, PBK, & PPB finishes are made from 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel for longevity and protection against corrosion, ideal for marine environments or acidic timber. FH70 SSS, PSS, PSB, PPB are provided with screws. FH70 PBK finishes do not come with fixing screws, these are available using code FX-CF4030-SS-MSB. Successfully used in our Part Q Test. Note these hinges are handed looking from the outside of the building. Available in left and right handed versions. Use one of each hand for top-hung casements.MPN:
