The BL7000 ECP is our solution to the heavy duty specification, ideal for high traffic areas. To comply with fire regulations, this unit comes supplied with an included intumescent kit to suit 30 and 60 minute timber fire doors. The keypad lever is free rotating and only engages with the clutch and 8mm spindle drive until the correct code of key is entered. This lock was manufactured with stainless steel coding to ensure it's longevity and allowing it to operate externally. This variation on the BL7001 series comes with a 60mm backset tubular latch. The unit is a heavy duty lock and is suitable for use internally and externally on wooden, composite and steel doors.
