I would just like to say thank you for one of the staff who I spoke to on 18/06/24 &19/06/24 regarding a door handle I could not find anywhere on the website or the person who I bought the Door from years ago and the gentleman sold me a lovely universal door handle that fits superbly then I had another problem this morning where the door lock was too small and he told me what size to get as well so I just like to say thank you very much for JWL for being so polite and helpful and I just like to say thank you very much for the quick delivery when I only ordered it in the late afternoon and it came to me in the morning the following day so well done thank you much appreciated 👍 peter bailey

Excellent service and delivery time for these handles. So glad I stumbled across JWL and could order online and not have to be trade purchase. So often when searching it's Amazon or Etsy that always pop up. Would have liked an introductory discount code if I'm honest, but I was happy to proceed with purchase anyway for the perfect product. Absolutely gorgeous handles for my new bathroom suite. Handles are heavy, well made, excellent quality with lovely detailing. Purchased 6 in total. This is exactly what I was looking for and loved the fact that I could purchase online with a quick delivery too. Really well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Happy customer!
