Ordering replacement door closers and handles via the JWL website for our premises was both easy and quick. I chose this door handle because it is a stylish product with concealed screw heads under the rose but the handle is also available in backplate designs which I prefer for bathroom doors. I purchased 400mm galvanised hinges from another web site, after waiting a few weeks I cancelled the order and found the same hinges at JWL, a few days later they contacted me to say the 400mm hinges were on longer produced but I can have 450mm hinges for the same price! What wonderful service, rather than leave me hanging, as others had, JWL came to me with a solution and offered a better deal. Highly recommended.
