Although excellent quality, the knobs are not the same as they appear on JWL website and Carlisle Brass web site, the colour was much brighter than I was looking for. However, JWL were excellent in their customer services and pointed me to a couple of substitutions one of which worked for me. Although very slightly more expensive they again showed excellent customer service skills, and said rather that mess about with paperwork if I was happy to return the ones I had they would just do a straight exchange well done Colin. Ordered more venice handles to add to a previous order that have now been on for about a year with no problems. As before good value for money, sturdy feel with good springs. I would have no hesitation recommending what's so ever.
