Handle arrived quickly, appears of good quality. I've used it for the opener for a concealed fridge door (end kitchen unit) instead of a bathroom mirror door opener, looks nice at the mo. Sarah Jenkins

Ordered kitchen drawer handles, however realised I'd ordered the wrong finish. Sent the company an email Sunday night. Was so pleasantly surprised to get a reply back from Colin the director shortly afterwards. He stated he'd get my order amended when he was back in the office in the morning. Received another email from Colin to let me know my order had been amended. Received my handles a couple of days later. This is the second time I've bought from this company, I've shopped around but they have always been the cheapest and from experience amazing service, can't recommend them enough, awesome! 😍🤩🤗 Dee

Just wanted to thank you for the great customer service I have received since placing my order for Carlisle Brass handles with you. Although the full order was not in stock you informed me straight away and gave me the option to cancel. The handles were delivered as promised yesterday and my client is over the moon with them, cant wait to get the other 3 sets when they arrive.
