Absolutely outstanding. Spoke to Dan. Had an unusual problem. I removed an old video doorbell unit which left a hole in the brick work. I bought an excellent oblong door bell made of high quality brushed steel. On request, they found another company that had a metal back plate cut to the exact dimensions to cover the hole. Then kindly had some countersunk screw holes put in for me so that it will look high quality - at the exact points that the old screws went in. Brilliant. Outstanding product. Outstanding customer care. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Cathy McClelland

From start to finish I was provided with first class service. Due to living in the Outer Hebrides I was initially thrown by the surcharge delivery cost but one phone call sorted that.
