Customer service from JWL Security has been outstanding over resolving an issue for me with an item that continues to be out of stock. Colin in particular, but also other staff on the site have helped me find a solution to my problem, and once we’d agreed on a replacement, the items were dispatched for speedy delivery and a refund promised for the difference. In telephone conversations and emails with JWL, staff have been helpful and supportive. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, and I’d happily deal with JWL again in the future 👍 Hilary Pengelly
