Description
A heavy duty mortice latch for use with any of our 'unsprung' level latch handles or 'unsprung' knob sets. A heavy duty spring is incorporated into the latch to allow heavy handles to 'spring' back into the horizontal position.
An ideal latch for internal doors, comes with brass plates to suit any of the polished or antique brass furniture suites.
This latch is reversible and can also be used on 30 60 minute fire doors.

Product Durability - Our External Beeswax, Black, Pewter Patina, Brass, and Polished Bronze finishes have achieved BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 under laboratory testing. This includes 480 hours salt spray testing - the highest corrosion resistance rating possible. Our Polished and Satin Stainless Steel finishes have surpassed 1000+ hours of salt testing which makes them ideal for salt rich and heavily polluted environments, including coastal areas. All our finishes carry a high level of UV protection which protects our products from fading in sunlight.
