I purchased very expensive door handles, hinges and latches by Heritage Brass but the latches were dreadfully poor quality. I called JWL and spoke to the director Colin Lambert who immediately took charge of the issue and got replacements to me the next day! Other than the latches, the handles and hinges are great but the real star was Colin. Can't thank him enough for all his efforts and will definitely be back again for the next batch or handles and hinges (minus the HB latches!)

Decent little snap safe lock, obviously not as good as the 3 star high security lock but better than the average locks of this price range.
