Received excellent customer service from JWL. I was after a specific type and size of door handle and Colin could not have been more helpful. I placed my order, received the handles well wrapped and they now look perfect on our front door. I have since ordered other items and found JWL to be very good value for money. It's a nice alternative to the Jigtech handle that I am replacing. Looks as good, feels as robust, and better value for money. Is a bit fiddly to install though!

Product as expected. We are very happy with it so far. Feels like great quality. Lovely matt black colour. It has the right weight to it. My husband installed some of them ( not all yet) and had no problems with installation, pretty straightforward. Hopefully the handles will work well and will last.
