I have placed a number of orders with JWL - I am both a landlord, and I am renovating my own property. Each time the service has been excellent. Always arrive promptly and never an issue with the products. I highly recommend, and JWL has become my go-to online store for hardware now

I have tried three different suppliers for these heavy duty hooks only to be advised that there would be a long delay in fulfilling the order. Thesehooks are strong and heavy load bearing, easy to hang and look fantastic . JWL. we’re Very professional keeping me updated when a very short delay occurred. Advised when order was despatched and delivery was fast and no complications. Extremely satisfied with product and service. Would use again

Very impressed by my first experience of JWL. Bought from them because the Yale lock was substantially cheaper that anywhere else, even after taking delivery into account. Ordering was straight forward, JWL's communication (by email) was excellent and the lock arrived very quickly.

I purchased a Carlisle Brass barrel bolt from JWL, and found their personal service very attentive and reliable. As there was a problem with the first bolt, Colin quickly arranged for Carlisle Brass to send me a replacement directly and it arrived the very next day. The stainless steel bolt is of a superior quality and is now fitted and working. My only suggestion for improvement to the JWL service is to provide automatic updates about despatch and predicted arrival times to the customer which is now customary from other providers. However I would feel perfectly confident about purchasing from JWL in the future. Janette Williams

Thanks very much for the excellent service. I talked through my requirements with an extremely knowledgeable person on the telephone, placed the order at around 14:30 yesterday, the replacement handles arrived before 10am this morning and are now fitted and look great.
