I placed an order on a Friday afternoon then realised i had miscounted the number of doorknobs I needed. I emailed JWL on Friday evening not expecting to hear anything until Monday but, surprisingly, I received a reply within 15 minutes letting me know someone would be in touch on Saturday morning to help me out. True to their word JWL contacted me on Saturday morning and, without any fuss, helped me correct my order.
