Great service - I had placed an order online and was contacted to say items would not be available straight away and was offered a refund. Requested a refund and was refunded quickly. When about to place a second order, I phoned first to check product availability, then placed the order online and received the items the next day. Susan Cooper

Super customer service and very fast delivery! I got some issues with the product, the customer service staff (Dan) was very fast in response to solve the issue. Really solid, high quality product. I have fitted these before and for a couple of new doors it was the obvious choice. The price is very reasonable for the quality. The screws supplied were the right type, colour etc. but soft, and need careful fitting with correct size of pilot hole. Chris Hall
