Super customer service and very fast delivery! I got some issues with the product, the customer service staff (Dan) was very fast in response to solve the issue. Really solid, high quality product. I have fitted these before and for a couple of new doors it was the obvious choice. The price is very reasonable for the quality. The screws supplied were the right type, colour etc. but soft, and need careful fitting with correct size of pilot hole. Chris Hall

Ordered some more Bauhaus polished chrome handles on 24 November and was told they were out of stock and delivery was likely to be in new year. Was a pleasant surprise for them to turn up early December. Good quality product and excellent service from JWL. Would highly recommend. Susan Hill
